Lucid3 based Key for SD Families

Content of this key more or less matches the XID database XID-SDfamilies.xid. Notes comparing the two implementations are in XID vs. Lucid Comparison for a Search Example.   The Lucid version of this key will generally be out of date and not include recent updates to the XID version - - especially in the Notable Plant Recognition Clues menus.

Start Lucid3 based key.  This will load slowly  (roughly 30 seconds on a fast DSL connection).  Before you try to use the Gallery, be sure to see Lucid Internet Startup for detailed screenshots showing what you should expect.

NOTE: To use this Lucid3 based key, you need to have a recent version of the Java runtime environment installed on your computer (and turned on in your browser). See the LucidCentral website for details, or go to the Java website and click "Verify Installation" to find out whether you need to download a new version of Java. (Your Java version must be 1.4.2 or later; preferably 1.5+).
